Immigration

This is the current information for immigration to Saba as a significant other.  Please be sure to work directly with SUSOM for the most up to date information.

Please note that some immigration requirements have changed as of January 2013. For example, marriage and birth certificates must now be apostilled. This can be tricky to do once you’re down here, so make sure to get this done at home. It can take several weeks in some places. You will also need the original copy of your Criminal Record Check – not a photocopy, picture, email or fax.
